just bought farmall 350 diesel Anyone know how much is still available for contiental 193 as far as parts to rebuild engine and injector pump and injectors and if this engine was ever used in any other aplication such as forklift or other thanks

The contenental engine in that tractor has common parts with other uses, but the block and configuration is pretty unique. The problem with parts is less availability and more cost.
The engines are pretty efficient, cold natured if not given a whif of ether. They have a manifold heater that intends to heat intake air to promote starting. Not a solid proposal.

I just finished rebuilding a 350D last year completely from the ground up. Parts for everything but the engine are the same as all the 350's. The engine is another story. I got all my rebuild parts like sleeves, pistons, rings, gaskets, etc. from Montes Equipment. However, they do no have things like valves, crankshafts (mine was broken), heads, etc. and outside engine accessories like the manifold heater (was made by IH). I just ended up finding these parts from salvage yards and other sources via this website. The injector pump and injects can be rebuilt by any reputable diesel injector repair place. Roger
