Well I have the radiator on now and the dual on the left side and cast center and wheel weight on the right side now. You know it hurts to get your fingers between the weight and the center LOL.

It looks like a neat project. Pics are a little fuzzy, but I can see most of what is going on. Looks like you're almost there.

Ya my digi cam is a cheap as in $15 wal mart special and if I do not have a way to hold it still and I do mean still they come of fuzzy. Nice thing is it runs real well and does not smoke any more and boy once I got the firing order right it really sounded good. Been messing with to many A/C tractor and there firing order is 1.2.4.3 instead of the Faramll 1,,3,4,2

Ya know, I started (twice last night) to make a comment like that and backed away (no guts). I doubt that if a nut or bolt hits the floor it is ever seen again. On the other hand it looks like a treasure trove of parts. Definitely gotta make the top ten list for "man caves".

Hey Rich, what's that black square thing just in front of the steering post??? Can't be a battery, your suppose to start that B/A by hand. And I don't mean pulling a rod or pushing a button with your hand.hhhhhhmmmmm

Must be getting ta be a sissy in your old age..lmao

Ya it is a gravel floor and I would not want it any other way. I have concrete in one side of the shop and have to limit how much I stand in that area because of the problems. As far as dropping things I have a couple sheets of plywood on the floor so it is not a big deal

Well once I get the tractor part as it should be or should I say as I want it to be there is still the sickle bar mower I have to bring back to lift and it has sat for who knows how long out in the weather.

Pretty simple. On the side with the duals I have 2 pressed steel centers and they are bolted on with one dished in and the other dished out and the rims are bolted on such that you have just enough room to bolt on the rims/tires. I'd like to do it on the other side but I do not have any more pressed steel centers and the cast will not bolt up the same as heavy as they are

Hey Old , so what makes it a selfpropelled sickle mower and not just a tractor with a mower on it ??

Well because it is being built from junk/salvage machine and also what it is going to be used for. So yes one could call it either one just a matter of how/what a person thinks. I'll call it what I want and you can call it what you want which is right or wrong well neither of us would be

I got a selfpropelled snowplow and a selfpropeled 2 wheeled trailer . Just be carful you dont get your feet hungup and break your neck .

I look at it this way it is my shop and I'll have it the way I want to have it. I know my way around it and I am the only person who works in it so if I like it the way it is who is to tell me how it should be or has the U.S. gotten so bad as that I do not have the freedom to do it my way. Or did I serve 6 years in the navy just to find out I live in a communist country

Oh by the way in that shop there is a WD45 Allis engine, a 250 Chev engine plus 4 other engines. There is also at least 4 trannys no make that 5. Plus a fridge for the beer and another one for the paint. My shop is set up the way I like it and since I only have to answer to one person ME I'll have it the way I want it and if any body does not like it they can go well you know where they can go. I stopped taking orders back 30 plus years ago when I got out of the navy and not about to have any body tell me what MY Notice I said MY as in I own it shop looks like

Well I look at it this way I do not tell you what your shop should look like so I think no one should tell me. As I said it is my shop I built it from scrap and I do what I want in it and if I have a mess in it so what I'll not tell you how to do things in yours please do not tell me how to do things in mine

I never told you "how your shop should look". I was simply stating what other posters were trying nicely to tell you. Its your shop, I dont care what it looks like! If you choose to let it look like a trash dump, thats fine with me.

Now see you look at it the wrong way. It is full of treasures many of them Shoot there is at least 6 engines in there plus 4 or so trannys then there are the heads, crank shafts etc etc etc. Also if you noticed the one I posted in Tractor talk got deleted, you may ask why well simple it disgusted Kim and Chris
