I have a super H that it appears on the right brake disc that oil is leaking onto the disc.
Does the shaft that the disc brakes slide on have a seal around it and can it be changed without getting into the transmission. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

Remove the brake drum, expanders, and discs. The surface that the inner brake disc pushes agianst is the bull pinion retainer. Remove that. Be careful as too much pressure in one spot and you will break it. I used 3 chisels, evenly spaced around that retainer, and slowly tap the chisels in and force it out. There is an oring on the outside and a seal on the inside. order both. Drive the old seal out and tap the new one in and reassemble. Pull the bull pinion and check the bearing and teeth. now is the time to service that if needed. Clean up the grooves the the brake discs slide on. If they have too much wear or the teeth are chippped it's time to replace that part too.
