F-20 motor exchange

I have a '36 or '37 F-20 with a cracked block and am interested in replacing the whole motor. What I need to know is what years of the F-20 they kept the same. Thanks!

All F-20s and Regulars have the same engine. The only difference in the series is the fan belt. The 1938-39 (maybe sone 1937) models had a V belt whereas the older F-20s and Regulars had a flat belt.

In addition, some of the early F-20 and Regular models may not have had the variable speed governor.

Find an engine that looks like yours and insert it. You may want to change the left side rail and tool box to match the serial number of your new engine.
