Wheel disc for IH 240

I have an IH 240 that I bought last year. The left tire has recently started wobbling, and I noticed that one of the 4 loops that are riveted to the rim has broken off. (The rim is mounted to the wheel disc with 4 bolts). This has also created significant wear on the wheel disc and the remaining 3 loops. I could get it welded back together, but would probably opt for a new rim and wheel disc. I can find plenty of rims (10-24, 4 loops), but nobody seems to carry the wheel disc.
Any advice?

try mike at steel wheel ranch, also bates salvage in bourbon indiana, and wengers of meyerstown. one of them should have what you need.
