Asking price of a 350 D

A guy is down the road is offering to buy my 350D.Any idea what they are going for?I know what I have in it and I also know it"s kind of a rare bird.I have a set of 311 plows to go with.Any ideas would be appreciated.

You didn't mention condition of the tractor. Tires? Sheet metal? Paint? These all matter.

Back tires are 80%.Fronts are OK but could stand to be changed.Sheet metal is excellent,just needs a paint job.New battery,rebushed the front end a few years ago,TA works.Engine is occassionally hard to start but runs like a champ.Needs some brake work.I'll try to post a pic or two.
