interested in an f-12 pa residents?

Saw this add on craigslist this evening, had to share with everyone, it seems good to me, heck i don't have time for another project but i thought about buying it to set aside for down the road. I don't know much about these older tractors but seems like a very fair price to me.

Allen, Seems fair mabe! But it is not running!
I would say 450.00 sounds better for none running F-12 on cutoffs. Tell the guy you will give him 750.00 if he gets it running. could be the best 50.00 you ever spent or not!
