H/M rear wheel hubs

Anybody know the approximate weight of H/M rear wheel hubs? I'm not real strong and work alone almost all the time. I think I can wrestle the tires and rims they're not loaded, but need to get the hubs off to sandblast and paint. Maybe a front end loader could help??

I don't know the weight, but it takes two stout men to pick one up from the ground and put it in the bed of a pick-up truck.

use a loader or cherry picker (hoist)! They are way to heavy to lift by hand. I think they must go nearly 200 lbs. I can install wheel weights by myself with ease but I cannot put on the center without additional help.

I have done it with a floor jack on an H center, but it was a little precarious. Much better to have a helper if you could get one.

Use an engine hoist, take the rims off first, if not loaded the rims are fairly easy to move. Use the hoist for the centers, and be careful, I have tipped an engine hoist before. If it has wheel weights, take them off. If the tires are loaded, get a farm tire place to remove the fluid. Fluid will add 5-600 or so pounds depending on tire size, more than I care to mess with.

A few weeks ago I flipped my wheels around by myself on my M. I pulled the rim/tire off from the centers, slide the centers out, and flipped them around, and re-installed the rim/tire to the centers. It wasn't easy, but at 6'5'' and 280lbs I'm not exactly a small guy. I'd seek help or use an engine hoist if you don't think you can handle it. They're a LOT heavier than they look.
