coats loader for F-12 or 14

Hi guys I have a loader that is mounted on an
F-14 The brass tag says Coats Loader and stackeing equipment Fort Dodge, IA
anyboby know of this company or ever see a loader of theres? Thanks for any help oldiron29

ive lived in fort dodge all my life. i have herd of the coats company (dad worked there for 20yrs ) but thay made tire changers there from 56 to around 74 or so then moved to tenn to pay lower wages. coats may have been making loaders before that. may be the for runner to stanhoist. back in the 40,s 50,s there was alot of farm machinery bilt in this town. Horn. stanhoist. new idea. and maney smaller ones. now zip! thank you city councel. Bob

Thanks Bob that is the most info I have on this loader. I had though it to be a Horn draulic But the tag says Coats. Could horn have taken over coats? Thanks oldiron29
