I have some oil leaking from the drain hole behind the oil pan. Doesnt look/feel like engine oil. I hear a very small squeak as well. Is this the clutch? It only leaks when I get it warmed up.

The hole you are referring to is for access (as well as a drain) to the grease zerk for the pilot bearing.

The oil coming out could be engine oil from the rear seal, hydraulic oil from the belly pump, or old grease melting.

It probably needs some grease in that zerk if you have never greased it. That squeak will tell you sooner or later whether it has had grease.
