Hyd oil in crankcase

I have a super c that is getting hyd oil in the crankcase. I put new seals and o rings, bushings good and shaft looks in the pump . Any Ideas? thanks Gary

Incorrect assembly of some pumps can cause the pressure relief to be ported to the wrong side. This allows output pressure to be put on the O ring. It is not designed to be put under pressure, only the supply side gravity (maybe two or three PSI at most). Other than that a wron Oring can be a leaker, Try teflon based high performance rings from a hydraulic shop as a last resort. Jim

Your shaft on item No.11 may have a groove from the old o-ring. Can be covered with a speedi-sleeve. Hal

I was at the Case/IH dealer the service guy told me to use Vaseline when I installed the O-rings. There are a few different pumps (at least with the A, and imagine so also with the C). For my pump the complete seal kit is like $44 - Going to pick it up mine today. :)

If installation was performed correctly then something else must be out of spec.
