during the flood we had, the neighbor had an older cub low bow taken by the green river here in ky. well talkin around, he has drained all fluids, changed electronics, my have rinsed the engine dont know all the details, but she ll live to mow another day,

The key to saving any machine that has been in a flood is to begin the rescue operations as soon as possible, and it sounds like that is exactly what took place. If that Cub Low-Boy had been allowed to just set, abandoned for a period of time, it probably would have just turned into a large paper-weight.
