Allright, the parking brake got stuck on the 886 the other day. No problem, it has happened before. Fixed & hopped in the tractor & she will not move. suspect something in the clutch, just does not feel right. Where do I start as far as checking & diagnosis? IT manual does not help to much.

Thanks,
Mathew

I will check & make sure it is shifting like it should. The Hydraulic Oil light is not coming on when the clutch pedal is depressed & the resistance on the pedal is minimal, that is why I suspect clutch/linkage issues.

Check the hydraulic system fluid level as well. Even if it is "full" put in at least 3 gallons more. It may have a suction side leak into the pump that supplies clutch and steering pressure.

10-4, It is sitting on a slope also, I'll give her a check & add some extra this afternoon.
Thanks

If the lube pressure light no longer comes on when the clutch is depressed but is on with key on, engine off, and the clutch feels much easier to depress, either the clutch linkage came apart or you have a failure in the clutch assist assembly.
