i hate these whats it worth questions but heres another one. i have a early '39 farmall a with a ih belly mower with almost new tires and in great mechanical condition. i fellow wants to buy it. what should i ask? thanks in advance, randy

$1500, with the understanding that it won't be much good for anything but mowing.

I paid $1100 for this one with a bad paint job. This is it when I brought it home. The guy I got it from didn"t know what is was worth. Mine has original everything including a good battery box, and a rear mounted mower. Up here in washington, depending if its restored or not its worth anywhere from $1500 to $2500.
