MD head torque

Anybody know what the IT manual says regarding MD head torque? My manual says 110 ft. lbs., but I heard that the IT manual says something different. Any answers appreciated.

They are torqued to 110-135Ft. Lbs. Now when i did them i always run a tap thru the nuts to chase the threads and a thread chaser over the threads on the studs to make sure that there were no burrs and that the nuts turned freely over the studs so that you got a good torque . Also i would put a light coat of Lubra plate or white grease on the stud threads . For the best results i would torque them down in three steps starting at around 65 Ft. lbs then 90-95 ft. lbs, then to the 130 135 and go back over the last setting three times starting from the center and working outward .

add to what Vet said, re-torque the head after you warm it up, its a little chore because you have to remove the rocker arm assembly but its really important on these engines.
