I'm sorry, it says they are 34's. They don't look like 34's . Could it be a misprint? Here is a picture of what i'm going to look at, if i can get it on here

Yeh thats a normall size for that tractor. There was a lot of those tractors that came with 18.4-38s. If you didnt want it for row crop work and you wanted it to put a loader on than i guess you went with those tires. The 15.5 38s are a little small for a 666. I have 14.9-38s on mine.

Im sorry i ment to say 18-4-34s. Its not a miss print that is the tire thats on that tractor. It would be expensive to change it to 38s because you will have to get the cast centre and the rim and tires and tubes, unless you know some one who will swap with you.

Yes it has 34" tires. Decent tractor but has no power! It does have blowby once good and warm. The exhaust smells sweet after you get it good and warm. >engine rebuild in the near future< kind of sounds like starter/ring gear has issues when starting >possibly just a low battery<

From central Pa. They had 2 of them, sold one before I got there. I looked at it last summer. They would not budge on price either. Maybe now they will? They have a nice road across the bridge that goes down a steep hill. They told me to take that road and test it out. Glad I did! Blowby smoked really good, unlike stated. Don't get me wrong, they have some really nice tractors there and are very nice people. When dealing used anything its a gamble, when you buy used you normally cannot hook to the plow and go a couple rounds to test it out. You run it a little and take a person at their word. Example>They had a 1086 there also for $8500. They got ripped on it,they did not run it just took the farmers word, well they found out it had a tick in reverse. They ask the guy after the deal was done and they heard the tick, long story short he lied. They were not too happy about that.

I ended up buying a 686 with a 310 diesel engine with tons more pep, better tires, wheels, and rims, and half the hours for less money delivered. At the link I posted.

After buying an 806 that cost tons of money to fix and never got any of it back when I sold it. I have learned to be picky when looking!

Hey, thanks! That saves me a long drive down there. I went there last summer to look at a 1066. Yea they wouldn't budge on the price, and the tires were shot and the lights didn't work. I'm having some real trouble finding a 666 or a 686. I found a 686 in mount pleasent but he sold it before i got to the bank. If you know of any 666's or 686's let me know please.

May be willing to part with since we are farming less this year? Just found out we are down to 1 farm yesterday! Gotta ask my wife about selling. 1979 model, 72 horse, D310, 5,500 plus hours, NO TA! I believe its a factory delete, single hydraulics, and we have a 2001 IH loader that will fit it also. Need a valve or add dual hydraulics to the tractor.
