I looked on their site and found four books.
1. MCD 4704 which is for the A135 and A435 model
2. MCD 5942 for the A136, A138 and A437 models
3. 1011803 for the A144
4 1006717 for a one row corn/cotton set up.

Maybe you could find some pictures of these model numbers and compare it to what you have.
