Trying to trouble shoot the problem. Power steering got real hard to turn either way,and brakes went away.Pump on MCV is good no restrictions in the body. What to do now???

First off, does other hydraulics and pto work. If they are fine you probably have a blown gasket, o-ring, stuck flow divider or other problem in the mcv.

You need to check some pressues. I would check regulated pressure and go from there. There is a direct coralation between regulated pressure and steering pressure but one has to know how to interpet the readings. If nothing else, just pull the plug with a 5/8th head on rear of mcv and see if you have oil flow, be careful as it will shoot all over if you do. This would bleed off an air lock if that is the case also.
