Are there such a thing as a international AI I don't know the serial # at this time and ther's no water pump on this tracter so aparently its an early model,I was trying to get the production number? Thanks Gman Green mixing it up with the red boys HO HO

Yes there is such a thing as AI it is the Industrial A. There would not be a water pump on it. As far as how many were made im not sure, however they are far less common then the Farmall A, the ag version. Yet they are not really rare by any means.

If you mean the decal, no. It is an International A. IH did not use the AI designation as a decal. Water pumps were not standard until the A-1 (one not I, also not a decal) in 1954.

I have 1. They have a diamond shaped front axle and a foot throttle. If anyone need parts for theirs I am parting it out.

Serial prefix IAA is for International A. Serial prefix FAA is for Farmall A. Decal on hood of IAA shows "International A". Decal on FAA shows "Farmall A" with (Cultivision) on the A. Standard colors of the International A were orange or red whereas standard color of the Farmall A was red.
