Happy thanksgiving! I need some help with my lo-boy 154. My hydraulics are not operating the way it should. Sporadic up and down, sometimes not at all. The fluid is full, no leaks, and I have blead the system. Usually works best when engine is at idle. Will usually work when I shut it off, then restart. Comes up, when it does, slow and jerky, and down fast. Great machine, good mower. Just recently put a front blade on it to grade the driveway, but hard to do when the hydraulics aren't right. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your pump is worn. Remove pump and take it apart and check for wear, it doesn't take much to lose pressure.
