Farmall 400 Brake release rod

I was just looking at the parts diagram for a Farmall 400 and noticed a small rod that when pulled would set the brake pedal locks. I would like to add that to a Farmall 400

Was this a standard?

What other models of Farmall could be used for these parts?

Don,
OEM has what you are looking for. Pg 76 of their parts catalog. It's a pricy bugger, though. I have one on my H and at 72 yrs old it is fun to set the brakes without bending down.

You could probably make one with a torch, drill, and a hammer, if you really want one.

That started with the H and M series different types were available for that purpose very handy

Yes standard on a farmall 400. There was a serial # break on them for 400 tractors. They made a little change in them after the serial break and used the same one on farmall 450 tractors also. Don't know of any other tractors having the same exact ones.
