10-20 flywheel

Any tips on getting the flywheel off my 10-20 engine? Presumably the same as a Regular. There is a hollow pin that's threaded on the inside between the flywheel and crankshaft. I haven't been able to pull it out.

I have futzed around with two 10-20's & restored (?) a regular so am not an expert...

The 10-20 is actually a F-30 sized engine, so somewhat larger than a regular. I haven't pulled the flywheel on the 10-20's, but did on the regular. I recall using three 8"x3/4" bolts that were threaded nearly to the head. Cranked them into the puller holes a little at a time. The bottoms of the bolts pushed against the flywheel housing and shoved off the flywheel. I think the pin was removed afterwards. Otherwise, I must have used a bolt and lots of stacked washers to remove the pin.

Not much info, but hope it helps.

When I pulled the flywheel off my Regular I did it similar to what Kevin LA said above. I used various length bolts and threaded them into the flywheel, than stacked pieces of metal behind as i pulled the flywheel off by turning the bolts in. I just left the pin there and removed it once I had the flywheel off because it was pretty well rusted in place.
