400 clutch pedal

Has anyone put a super M ( not TA ) clutch pedal on a 400, I don't need the off set in the 400 pedal to miss the TA rod. If I put a bushing in the 400 pedal it will still be close to the TA lever.

Is the shaft the problem? I have removed them and welded the shaft and then turn them back to the original diameter. A person could grind it back to size and finish with a file and sand paper. To much heat will distort the shaft though. After that the pedal has been good enough to use without reworking the pedal. The cast iron pedal is more wear resistant than the steel shaft.
SDE

If you don't want to do what SDE says, you can have a new shaft made and have the pedal rebushed at a machine shop. The machine shop will probably rather do that than mess with the old one. OEM tractor parts has the shaft and can rebush the pedal. Shipping will cancel out any advantage though.

SM one doesn't have the travel adjustment stop on bottom end like a SMTA or 400. Stop is used when correctly adjusting clutch and t/a linkage.
