I have a 1951 H that runs well and has been retro-fited with a 3 point hitch. My question is how big a plow can I expect it to pull for a large garden next year? 1 bottom? 2? or a little bigger. Thanks. Dave

2-14 is correct for that tractor. Two moldboards, with each turning 14" of earth. Measure between the main frame members perpendicular to them to determine the 14" width.
I like the type that has a fixed tail wheel in the furrow. They seem to track straighter. JimN

I like the fixed tail wheel too! I have a Dearborne model 10-1. Works good for an old plow.
An H will pull it with problem. Also what kind of ground are you on?

Black dirt muck. The tractor also has chains on it because I use it for plowing snow. The tires are filled with chloride.
