IH 584 Brakes

Have not been on here in a long time. Need tips about brake replacement on IH 584. Any do or dont would be very helpful.

Hi Craig, are you talking about foot brakes or parking brake?
Replacing the seals or disk for foot brakes requires removing the axles.
So before removing the axles check all the brake lines for leaks etc. The brake lines run from the master cylinders under the battery box along the top of the transmission casting under the sheet metal cover and into the rear end under the seat.
Search achives for 454,484,584,574,674,684 and you will find several references to brakes, bleeding etc.
