super a final drive

zackm: No there was a final drive change near Super A serial number 345000. I don't have the exact number. Difference is in holes in casting for brakes. Farmall A and Super A before that had one piece band and pull rod to the pedal. Super A after that number and all 100, 130 and 140 have a band around the drum that hooks to a rockshaft device that is operated by a separate pull rod.

Also about that same time case hardening in all gears changed. Physically most internal gears are the same size.

So if the brake setup is the same then they will work. But if the brakes are not the same then I will have to find different final drives. or is there a way to make them work.
