Anyone with or knows where I can find part number 347064R91. It is a fuel line for an 806 with an RD pump. Case/IH does not make it anymore but I know Someone out there has an NOS part out there. Any help would be great.

You can try Berkshire equipment in Royal Center In. the area code has been changed but the seven digit part of the phone number is the same and it is 643-3115 . Clyde may have it or ya may be able to get it from dresser or komotsu As that engine and pump was also used in a H 60-65 wheel loader
Just do not use hyd. line

When I needed one I just went up to the local machine shop and got a hyd hose with the right ends made up.

Vet- what is the danger there?

I knew that using hyd hose was only a quick fix. The hyd hose can break down, causing the pump to suck up hose crap, and in some cases the inside of the hose can colapse. I have seen it done, but I am attempting to put the tractor to its original shape.

Hydraulic hose has a different rate of expansion under pressure, it may cause fluctuating governor operation as I think the correct hose dampens the pulses, not sure on that. Do know that when these 806's were new, they came with a different hose shortly after introduction to improve the governor and also the ambac pumps used on the 300 and 400 series engines (66 series tractors etc) are very sensitive to correct hose from filter to pump. I never saw one fail and ruin pump but I used to yank them when I found them on customers tractors.

I need to obtain, have made, or make myself a filter-to-Roosa-Master-pump on my Farmall 504. I have the correct barbed brass fittings with some GOODYEAR 3/8" Industrial air hose that I am going to make one out of. Its solid rubber and is oil resistant. Surely this can work for years, right? If it gets soft or hard cut a new hose, I have plenty and it is only about 8"-10". Bad idea?

Roosa master pump is gravity fed so hose from filter will not effect gov and there is a screen in the inlet of pump whereas a RD IH pump and Ambac pump the final fuel filter and hose are pressurized and also no screen where it enters pump. So, I wouldn't worry about your type of replacement hose. My op.

Thanks pete23, I figured that it would work. I have used air hose for gasoline before and it was ok in a gravity situation. I do have engine oil lines on my 504 that I replaced with 6-AN hydraulic hose.
