similarities between a 450 and a 300

Are their any?

I have an opportunity to buy an LP450 from a neighbor of mine. I really don't want or need a 450. But it is loaded with all the goodies my 300 does not have. Fast hitch with depth control, live PTO, TA, and power stearing.
I have been searching the IH parts pages and as best I can tell nothing will work.
Is this correct or am I still dreaming of something that is NOT going to happen?

Thanks
Ken

About the only thing that might interchange would be the power steering. And maybe tires.

The 450 is larger in all other areas than the 300.

The 300 is an upgraded H while the 450 is the new and improved M. The 450 is going to be considerably larger and beefier than the 300. Parts will not interchange with the exception of an odd part here and there, if any.

Nope, nothing will work except maybe the wheels, tires, steering wheel. You could probably adapt the power steering unit too.

Nothing else will fit. Compared to the 450, the 300 looks like it was dunked in ice water and shrunk by about 30%.

Ken: Don't know as this will encourage you a whole lot, the remote hyadaulic valves are the same, excepting tele-a-depth on 560. Now the plumbing and control linkage is probably different.

Distributor will be close enough to use. Radiator cap will be same. Anything else I can think of, someone else already has.
