Anyone know where to find cheapest? Is there any cheaper ca tires out there or don't they make car in that diameter rim anymore?

Try a couple of local tire shops. They can special order almost anything, and by the time you pay for delivery from someplace else their price might be the best.

4X15 tire cheap? Real cheap is the space saver spares from local salvage yard- the skinny 15 inch 2 plys are the spares for 13 inch regular size tires. Freebies many times or a dollar for the take off from rim that is worth a little as scrap metal. Metal salvage yard gets some and will let you have them for take off fee- labor to remove without cutting as is their normal practice to get to salvagable metal. Local auto salvage yard will let you take wheel and tire for a buck- about what a beer or Kwik-Mart sandwich would cost for worker. Another possible is Motorcycle salvage yard for take off tire from a smaller motorcycle- a few sort of popular small dirt models had 15inch wheels on back, 1/2 worn knobbies cheap.

We have a tire shop and a recapper in Cambridge that we can find about anything cheap if it don't need to be good, or sometimes they are good.
