A Tough to start in warm weather

My A will start right up in 20 degree winter, but won"t pop when its 80 in July? Once I get it started she will restart easy. Its that first fire I have not figured out. Any suggestions?

Do you shut the gas off when you park the tractor ? If so, try starting it before you turn the gas on. If it starts better, you have a fuel leak.
