Thermostat Super C

I got a thermostat today I dont have a keeper to hold it in where can I get one or what could I make that would work. Thanks for any help.

I'm a ssuming you're taling about the wire clip that hold the stat down against the recess.

You can try CaseIHNHFord. Don't know if they still stock such a thing or not.

You can also fab one out of fairly hard steel wire. Needs to be about the gauge of a regular coat hanger, though I'd try to find some better steel wire than what goes into those. For shape, look in a parts catalog or the CaseIH online listings. It's a pretty simple arrangement.
