power steering and hyd pump

i was wondering were a person could buy parts to rebuild a hyd pump and the power steering for a 400 thanks

Well depends what parts you are looking for, cause if its the gears, Im not sure that anyone is even selling them individually anymore. Gaskets may be availible at a dealership but again Im not certain. Best bet would be to try dealerships or salvage yard for ones parts that are still in good shape. Not sure what shape your pump housings in, but if its worn or grooved out at all its not even worth trying to rebuild.
