1206 mfd price

I have a friend who has found me a 1206 with the mfd axle, everything is said to work, the front end needs some work thou i dont know all what, what would a fair price be on this tractor

I have seen only two in my life time with front wheel drive. I saw one auctioned off about three years ago. It was show room perfect. New paint,tires just perfect. It sold for $21,000.00 The other a dealer had it on a lot and they were asking $18,000.00 and it was in good shape on the outside.

If it looks and drives good, I'd pay $8,000. If they do not know the value of a 1206, much less a MFWD 1206, I'd take the first offer.
