F-20 Exhaust manifold

Any one have any suggestions on getting the exhaust manifold off of a 1938 F-20? I have been spraying kroil on the bolts for acouple of weeks now but I am still afraid to try to break them. Also where is a good place to order a new manifold from? Thanks for your time Mark.

New manifolds (gas) can be had from Rice's.
814 226-9200. or used ones from Darrell Alderson,
641 624-2275. As far as getting the old one off, try some heat to expand the nuts, or my favorite, PB Blaster. Be sure to replace the gasket when you put the new one on.

Got mine off with a 2# hammer. Tried penetrating oil, heat and just about everything you could think of and finally a 2# hammer did the job.

You can purchase a new manifold from Steiner Tractor Parts.

cut the nuts off. Once you get the manifold off you can get at the studs that probably need replacing. Worst case you just drill them out.
