300 won't roll when in gear

I finished restoring my tractor a while a go and used it for many years before the restoration. One thing that I noticed after I finished the work was that the tractor would not roll backwards when the tractor is in a forward gear with the clutch disengaged. It also wont roll forward easy either. Before the restoration the TA was out and I rebuilt it during the project. could this be the result of having a working TA. PS the clutch does disengage completely and is easy to shift and does not stick.

You need to redo the TA adjustments. The TA clutch is not releasing completely with the main clutch released. That is what is causing the tractor to not roll backwards while in a forward gear. If you have it in reverse, it will not roll forward. With the TA properly adjusted so that the TA clutch releases, the tractor will roll in either direction.

Did you install the ramp and rollers the right way and install the spacer below the rollers correct?

Had the same issue with my F504D. Linkage adjustment was out. The operators manual had the best proceedure of all my manuals.
