Super C rear main seal

Soak it in oil before installing. Pack it in tight enough so that you do not have to cut any off to get it installed.

Yeppers Chris, soak it.... So where the heck have you been?? Been looking forward to hearing anything on the progress on your SC.. Waiting for pictures!!!

Finished Shawns SC last spring, had it at one show. Oh I finally found a wide front end for his SC.

Keith & Shawn(Special Olympic Gold)

Hey there Keith,

It seems that when I'm working I don't have time for play. And when I'm not working, I don't have money to play. I've been on the road 12-14 hours per day for the past year. I even gave up reading this forum. Luckily, I bought all of the parts needed for the restoration of my Super C. Now that I'm not working again, I can get back to serious play.

The engine is almost together. I am waiting for a governor bushing before I can button it up. Then I can install the front cover and use the other half of your tool to install the crank pulley (finally). I went with an overbore kit and a head, manifold, and intake from a 240.

A few months ago I found a two bottom fast-hitch plow in restored condition, back in Ohio. It cost me as much for the shipping as it did for the plow.

Glad to hear that you finished Shawn's SC. I forgot that you were looking for a wide front end. Mine is so cobbled up with extra welds that I am going to have to do a lot of grinding to make it look decent.

Chris
