B vs C engine

The Farmall B and the Farmall C engine are both 113 cu.in. The B runs at 1400 rpm and the C runs at 1650 rpm. What was done to creat the difference and can you do this to the B engine? Thanks
 
Yes, they are basicaly the same engine. The C engine has the casting for mounting the hydraulic pump, other wise there is very little difference.

To increase the engine speed, go through the governor setup procedure in the manual and set the speed where you want it to be.
