1568 value question?

I have the opportunity to buy a 1568 but am wondering what exactly they are worth. The tractor is right off the farm, runs good and sheetmetal and tires are good. What do you guys think it's worth. They are asking five thousand.

i've read auction reports recently where clunker (nonrunning, missing stuff, etc)14 & 1568s were bringing twice that. why can't i find a deal like yours???

I would drain some oil from the transmission and use a magnet to check for metal. Drivetrain repairs cost thousands of dollars.

I can tell you that a decent 1456 recently brought $7800 in SW ND and an 806 that was decent brought $6800.

I'd say you found a deal...

Thanks for the input guys, I was on tractor house and they are listed from 19-30 thousand. I think im gonna go get it today!!!!
