Borrowed a friend's 354 Diesel to do some site work with Disc and Boxblade. A very smooth running little tractor that is very fuel efficient and turns on a dime. The only problem is a pulsating lift. It lifts and lowers fine but jerks up and down when set in one position. Any ideas?

Yep, got an internal leak or the draft control need to be adjusted a bit. The contol for it is right beside the lift handle. Try moving it a little to see if it helps.

Tried adjusting the draft control but didn't help. How do you get an internal leak? Carl

Have you checked the hyd fluid to make sure its full?

Draft control should be all the way forward except when using tillage tools like plow or cultivator.

We filled it with hydraulic fluid, tried the draft control in all positions, cleaned the filter(it was plugged)but still doing the same thing. Carl.
