Farmall Cub: good way to clean fuel/fuel tank

I need to drain my fueltank due to moisture/sediment in my fuel. I have cleaned the sediment bowl and screen already and drained the carb. What more can be done other than completely draining the tank. Any additives, etc?

Thanks for the help.

My last Cub had some mouse pellets in the tank and a little rust. I filled in about 2 gal of vinegar, plugged the bottom drain hole with a piece of thick plastic and a stick(didn't leak), and rocked the tank twice a day for about 3 days. Drained it, poured the junk on weeds, and took an air hose to blow out the particles, worked good.

I bought an $80 sand blaster from Harbor Freight. Figured if it worked once it was paid for. Use glass beads on gas tanks and have done 3 so far and several other projects. I remove the tank and sediment bowl, clean what I can from the top then stick the nozzle in the sediment bowl inlet and get the rest. Flush out the beads as best you can, the rest collect in the sediment bowl and just dump as necessary. Personally I never coat one anymore, if it has holes I replace it.
