I have an M that has the fuel gauge type filler cap (the one that has a cork float on it and a fuel level gauge in the top). I need to have a repair done on this gauge (there is a looseness with the indicator needle, which causes the gauge to show an incorrect fuel level). Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might get this done? Thanks!

If you will describe your problem in greater detail, I may be able to tell you if your gauge is repairable. Parts of the gauge are non-serviceable, mainly the indicator dial under the glass. I have some NOS cork float assemblies, if your float is the problem.
