Firing order for farmall C

I have a farmall C with a 4 cyl. mag. type distributor .Can anyone tell me the firing order for this tractor ? And if possible does anyone know how to time the mag . to the dist. ? Thank you for any help Scotty

Scotty. The mag. on that eng. turns clockwise. Use the hand crank to turn the eng. you more control coming up on top dead center. Pull #1 plug to make sure you are on compression. LOL Morgan

Thanks LOL Morgan, I will roll the motor around to compression stroke on # 1 cyl point the rotor at # 1 on the cap , wire the cap 1342 clockwise and give that a try.....thanks, Scotty

Thanks Dan, they are the numbers I used but it would back fire through the exhaust, I was hoping they were the right numbers but didn't know for sure , I think I have a magneto timing problem. Know anything about magneto's ? Thanks Scotty

The firing order is cast into the block, I believe the right side by the spark plugs

I wired it which ever way the rotor turns when the starter cranks the motor but I just bumped the starter motor , when I did I could have been seeing kick back from compression . Maybe I better find out which way for sure the rotor turns .... Thanks, Scotty
