The implements will physically fit but I am not sure the Cub can pull a 2 bottom plow, for instance. Some implements were marketed as fitting both IIRC.

Same size point, so yes, they will fit. The Cub might not be able to pull the 140 implement due to HP, and no PTO implements will interchange due to the different PTOs in the two tractors.
