I Finely Got the loader lift problem figured out. The steel ball in the relief valve was not in place.
Now I have lifting power, so I think the loader is working fine now.

I still have Hiccups in the rear 3 point lift I would like to fix. can you give some insight what I should do.
I believe it would be the O rings on the lift piston? IH 283 ind. same as a 384 thanks oldiron29

Hi, do this as a test to see if it is the 3pt lift cylinder or a leak somewhere else.
Put an implement on the 3pt and lift it to the max height then screw in the 3pt shut off valve at the front of the seat.
If the 3pt leaks down then the problem is most likely the 3pt lift cylinder leaking. If no leak down then the problem is elsewhere

Jim, I think I have done this when you asked me in the past. I have a blade on it now when I shut tractor off the blade leaks down pretty fast.
I think the shut off under the seat is broken it turn around and around never dose anything. I am just ordering an IT service manual, Hope that has some info on hydraulic repair. Thanks
