What ya need to find is a set of hubs off a M M and have the key way cut . Our ya need to change your small axle to a large axle . later production had the 2 3/4 axles due to axle breakage while under mounted picker . I had a early production 460 once with the 2 1/2 axles and went looking and this is what i had to do if i was going to put axle mounts on it . I was talked out of doing this by a neighbor that had a small axle 460 and had broken several axles and made the change to the 2 3/4 . what i did was made the change to a 706 .
