Farmall M Gas Tank

Is there some reason a Farmall MD gas tank wouldn?t fit a regular gas M? Mines has got a lot of rust and I have found a md tank that looks good I?d like to put on it if it will fit with any problems.

Think it may fit but you would have to plug off where the diesel ruturn line hooks up. Be simpler and probably not to difficult to find a decent tank. Don?t know where you are but I have a couple around.

It will fit,but you will need to do a bit of 'replumbing'.
