Gene Bender/Janicholson - Super A Engine Number

I took another look around. I discovered an obscured R on the screw tag below the oil filter. The complete ID # on this tag is 6 16 R. As per Janicholson's year code list, an R means 1948. It looks like the engine is original. I still don't know why there would be no letters preceding the serial number stamped into the block.

I have a friend has a B with original paint with B CULTIVISION decal on one side of the hood and A CULTIVISION on the other side so things just happend

The other issue is an assembly line will not run on 99.9% of the parts nor will it run on 99.999999% of the parts. Has to be 100% or people are standing around on the clock.
