Hello all! Well, I have ordered the seals I need for the belly pump and also ordered the seals for the transmission input shaft and the output shaft that drives the belly pump. My question is - do I need to drain the fluid from the trans to replace both of these seals, or does it sit low enough in the casing to allow for them to be changed without draining the fluid? I figured, while I am inside there, I might as well get them done (should have done all this when I had the tractor split and motor out)... Live and learn!
Also ordered a lift-all service manual off of eBay. I think it will help through my journey. And, you never know, I may have to do the pump on my H as well.
