Sparkplug opinion

I have been messing with my Super C for over 2 weeks. It just did not want to start. After spending hours trying to figure out what was wrong, it come down to a bad coil and a cracked distributer cap. Anyway, here is a picture of the plugs out of it after a tractor pull last week. They are Autolite 3116's. They have been in there for over 3 years. Just wondered if you think this is what they should look like. I think it is running a tad lean. Open to opinions.

I think they look good not fouled nor burned. I'd leave it alone. If it's not broke don't fix it.
