IH 330 value and questions about Fasthitch

Hi all.

There is an IH 330 for sale locally, currently $1500 CAD (~$1150 USD). It looks very straight and well kept, no rust visible in pics, except for some surface rust in the rear rim centers.

Tires look fairly new.

I've done some googling and know a bit about the tractor, but since many of the threads I've been reading are 5-15 years old, there are a few questions I was hoping to get updated answers on~

1. How is parts availability? Are steering box parts still not available? Have any good aftermarket options come up?

2. I know these are fairly rare. Have they developed any kind of collector interest?

3. My main tractor is a MF230, so I currently only have 3ph equipment (brush hog, snow blower, looking for a box blade) and I need equipment to interchange between both machines. This tractor comes with a 3ph adaptor, but I've read that they can be all over the map in terms of their ability to work with 3ph equipment. If the one on it isn't great, what's the best way to source a good one?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies!

Pretty sure steering box parts are still not available. However if the box is good now and the tractor was not used for loader work, it should outlast you.

There is an aftermarket alternative but it is not cheap by any stretch. Can't remember the company name but they offer a full hydraulic steering setup that replaces the steering box entirely. Last I checked it was around $4000 for the conversion, but I bet you could piece a solution together for a lot less than that.

Does it have a TA and does it work properly? If it does it looks like a good deal to me! We had a IH 340 and it was a good
little tractor. The 3-point arms adapters came with it and I made a top link bracket, worked great! Easier to hook up that a
standard 3-point. Back up to within 3-4 inches of the implement, pull the arms out and attach them, then get on the tractor
and back up till they latch. If the adapter arms are too wide or too narrow I think you can get offset ones, or make them.
